7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Mammoth Report is not right for you within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email info@mammoth.report and we will take care of it.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription activation. This applies to your first payment on any plan. If Mammoth Report does not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once we approve your request, Paddle initiates the refund to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at info@mammoth.report with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of subscription activation
  • Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Request made within 7 days of initial subscription activation
  • Charged after a confirmed cancellation (billing error)
  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault

4. Non-refundable circumstances

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of initial activation
  • Renewal charges where no cancellation was requested prior to renewal
  • Partial-month refunds after the 7-day guarantee window
  • Plan downgrades (the difference in plan cost is not refunded; the lower plan takes effect at next renewal)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee window.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing in your account, or email info@mammoth.report.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as the Merchant of Record for Mammoth Report. This means your payment receipt, bank statement, and VAT/tax invoices will show Paddle as the merchant.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. We do not process refunds directly — all financial transactions go through Paddle's systems.

If you have billing questions or do not recognise a charge, you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
